We Believe

We believe in the radical, life-changing, indestructible love of Jesus.

We believe in living a life of purpose, and taking it to the extreme.

We believe that God has forgotten our past, delights in our present, and is thrilled about our potential.

We don’t believe in living a safe distance from the crowd, pretending we never make mistakes.

We believe that we are all beloved children of God.

The two greatest commandments are these, “love God with all your heart” and “show your neighbor selfless love”. Our challenge is to take this love and give it away.

So what’s the point of our creed?

Simply, this: as followers of Christ, we have a RESPONSIBILITY to live out our faith, but if people don’t KNOW us, if they don’t TRUST us, and if they think we don’t LOVE them, it’s worthless.

Your neighbors are keenly aware of their surroundings, especially of the Christians around them. They have incredible perception, and they know if someone’s trying to simply “sell” them something. They’re much more concerned with seeing Jesus in us, in learning from our example, and in watching us live out what we believe, than in hearing our three points and singing a song.
